We offer FREE shipping with purchases over CAD$85. For orders below CAD$85, it will be charged a shipping fee at checkout.

We offer free local pickup at select locations in the Greater Toronto Area. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, please select "Free Local Pickup" at checkout and choose your preferred location and time slot.

๐ Fridays, 5:30โ6:00 PM

You will receive a confirmation message the day before pickup with your order details.
Please arrive on time. If you're running late or need to reschedule, contact us in advance.
Unclaimed pickups may be rescheduled for the next available slot.
Locations are public parking areas โ look out for our team with your order!
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within Canada where delivery is available. If your region is not listed at checkout, we sincerely apologize and hope to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
2. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1โ4 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Available shipping methods and pickup options will be shown at checkout. Please select the option that best fits your needs.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight, and the selected shipping method. Total shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and external factors (e.g., weather, customs delays). Once your order ships, youโll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be provided for most shipments. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has left our facility โ we appreciate your patience.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you're taken care of.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
