blend is a specialty coffee roastery in Kyoto, founded by barista and roaster Daiki Okui. After honing his craft under Kiyokazu Suzuki of GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS, Daiki established Blend Kyoto to push the boundaries of flavor through creative blending. 

Celebrated for its innovative approach, Blend Kyoto combines select single origin beans to create blends where the result is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

Personally, this is the best blend-focused roaster I’ve experienced so far, an outstanding example of how thoughtful blending can elevate coffee to a whole new level. For coffee lovers, this is a must-try.
