At CACoffeeLab, most of our items are limited-run and made in small batches which means all sales are final.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on limited-edition items unless there is a valid quality issue (e.g., damaged upon arrival, or wrong item sent).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at . We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

Limited-run or made-to-order items

Perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans)

Sale items or gift cards

Used or worn items

Refunds (If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect your item (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
