Weekenders Coffee is a Kyoto-based roastery focused on showcasing the natural character of specialty coffee through careful selection and roasting. Their minimalist approach emphasizes clarity and seasonality, bringing out the best in each origin.

Personally, I find their coffee to be exceptionally clean and bright. It’s also very forgiving when it comes to brewing, no need for overly precise techniques—making it a wonderfully approachable choice for both beginners and seasoned brewers alike.
