Welcome to CACoffeeLab – A Community Brewed with Passion.

Founded in 2021, CACoffeeLab is a Toronto-based community of over 500 specialty coffee lovers brought together by a simple passion: discovering and sharing exceptional coffee experiences.

What started with a few cups of Toronto local Roasters coffee has grown into a thriving collective that explores beans, brews, and roasters from around the world. We partner with over 19 specialty roasters across Canada, Japan, Scandinavia, and beyond.

All driven by one dream: to one day taste coffee from every great roaster in the world.

We believe coffee is more than a drink — it's a way to connect people, cultures, and craft. Whether you're just starting your specialty coffee journey or you're a seasoned home barista, CACoffeeLab is your space to learn, taste, and share.
